Companies like WooThemes and StudioPress (whom we currently feature on Page.ly) and others like Thesis and elegantthemes have created some great option screens that make it easy for you to customize your website settings.
I saw this post over at wphacks.com and was impressed by the NEW options layout and system created by elegantthemes. I consider myself a designer first and developer second, and this new epanel that is integrated into eleganthemes gets both sides of my brain going. Nice work.
These sort of systems make it a snap for the consumer to customize and adjust their WordPress website without having to lift the hood.
