Setting Up a WordPress Contact Form on Page.ly

1. Under ‘Plugins’ located in the left navigation bar, click ‘installed’.

2. Find ‘cforms’ and click ‘activate’.

3. Go to ‘Pages’ and click ‘Edit’

4. Find the ‘Contact’ page and click ‘Edit”

5. Find the ‘CForms’ button in the editor.

6. Click the place in the editor where you want to contact form to appear.

7. Click the ‘CForms’ button and click insert.

8. Click ‘Update Page’ to save.
