Remember when Shrek said he was like an onion, and you had to peel back the layers?

A good friend of mine Ed and I were talking couple weeks back about page.ly and new ways to position and explain our Managed WordPress Hosting service. Ed came up with this wrapper analogy:

Page.ly is like a wrapper around your WordPress site, many layers of protection and managed services that keep the site updated and protected. Less things for the site owner to worry about.

The more I thought about it, the more I liked it. So I took a few minutes this fine Saturday afternoon to visualize it.

We could add a few rings to this for our pre-installed plugins and partnerships with Premium Theme Vendors.
